I'm a poet and author of the chapbook Sky Cracked Open the Proscenium Frame (DoubleCross Press, 2022). My poetry also appears in Fence (issue 37-38), Wonder, Flaunt Magazine (#182, #184), Nat. Brut, Dirt Child (vol 3), MARY: A Journal of New Writing, and Witch Craft (issue 6). Interviews I've conducted with performing artists can be found at The Quarterless Review and BOMB.

I've written and directed seven original plays in collaboration with musicians, designers, and actors, in addition to directing scripted plays and interactive workshops for the public. My original performance work was produced and supported in the San Francisco Bay Area by Theatre Bay Area, Z Space, San Jose Repertory Theater, Hemera Foundation, Body-Mind Centering Association, Cutting Ball, and Scatterstate Theater, among others. As an educator, I researched collaborative play-making and taught courses in psychophysical acting at American Conservatory Theater, University of Toledo, San Francisco Opera Guild, and independently. I studied theater and contemporary performance at Naropa (MFA) and UCLA (BA).
